The Red Crescent Academy develops quality training programs for individuals with a comprehensive approach and offers learning experiences based on continuous learning and enriched with gamified content. In this context, the Academy, which aims to increase social capacity, meticulously plans, develops and disseminates the needed trainings to a wide audience. At the same time, it aims to direct specially designed training activities to each individual working within the Red Crescent in order to increase the effectiveness of corporate business and operation.
Having an active presence in the international arena, the Academy aims to facilitate access to information on a global scale, with the practice of translating educational programs into different languages. The Academy also acts with a sense of social responsibility and takes part in various projects to increase access to education for disadvantaged groups.
The Academy offers a wide range of training programs. These include corporate and vocational trainings, public trainings (for both adults and children), technical and personal development trainings.
