The Red Crescent Academy develops quality training programs for individuals with a comprehensive approach and offers learning experiences based on continuous learning and enriched with gamified content. In this context, the Academy, which aims to increase social capacity, meticulously plans, develops and disseminates the needed trainings to a wide audience. At the same time, it aims to direct specially designed training activities to each individual working within the Red Crescent in order to increase the effectiveness of corporate business and operation.

Having an active presence in the international arena, the Academy aims to facilitate access to information on a global scale, with the practice of translating educational programs into different languages. The Academy also acts with a sense of social responsibility and takes part in various projects to increase access to education for disadvantaged groups.

The Academy offers a wide range of training programs. These include corporate and vocational trainings, public trainings (for both adults and children), technical and personal development trainings.

Red Crescent Academy’s research activities are carried out in cooperation with researchers, research institutions and universities. The academy aims to serve society and humanity through research and education, which it sees as an important means of humanitarian work aimed at alleviating human suffering.

In this context, the Red Crescent Academy collaborates with universities and researchers to carry out various activities on humanitarian issues such as disasters, migration, social work, volunteering, blood and international aid. These activities include providing data support for field research, networking among academics, forming research teams, preparing joint research projects and academic publications.

The Red Crescent Academy uses the knowledge and experience gained through these collaborations as a valuable resource to manage humanitarian work more effectively and respond more effectively to the needs of societies.

TRC Academy produces books, reports and periodicals that contribute to informative, instructive and academic literature on subjects such as disaster, migration, social service, volunteering, public health, first aid and international aid in which TRC operates in Turkiye and around the world; and through its publishing activities, aims to strengthen social awareness. It focuses on raising awareness and disseminating correct information by raising awareness in all segments of society. It aims to support society’s access to information by creating a comprehensive corpus through books and periodicals. For this reason, it offers all its publications to the users both in print and digital format.
