Eslem Kösebalaban

After studying at Bilkent University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Design, and Architecture, Department of Graphic Design between 1993 and 1995, she graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Languages, History, and Geography, Department of Korean Language and Literature in 2000. She later conducted research in Seoul at the Academy of Korean Studies with a Korean Culture Research Scholarship granted by the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology of South Korea. Between 2001 and 2011, she worked at Avea Communication Services Inc. in various roles within the Customer Service department, including Customer Representative, Team Leader, Supervisor, Senior Specialist, and Operations Manager. In 2015, Kösebalaban joined Türk Kızılay as a Corporate Culture Specialist within the Education Management Directorate. In this role, she contributed to the development of institutional culture, preparation and updating of training programs, organization of educational activities, capacity building for trainers, and the execution of monitoring and evaluation processes. In addition, she played an active role in all stages—from content development to publication—of The Adventures of Aycan and Aykız, a series of cartoons, coloring books, activity books, and storybooks designed for children. She currently works as a Field Specialist in Education Strategies and Program Development within the Türk Kızılay Academy Directorate.
