Gökçe Eser

After completing her undergraduate studies in the Department of History at Istanbul University, she worked as an academic publishing editor at various private publishing houses and contributed to several periodicals as a copy editor and proofreader. In her editorial work, she has adopted the principle of minimizing the use of foreign words, placing her trust in the richness of the Turkish language. As part of her individual efforts, she focuses on translating works written in Ottoman Turkish into modern Turkish. She began her career at Türk Kızılay as a Product and Content Development Specialist and currently continues as a Publishing Specialist within the Türk Kızılay Academy Directorate.
