Nil Yıldırım Kubat
She completed her primary education at Ankara Yükseliş College and her secondary and high school education at Ankara Atatürk Anatolian High School. After graduating in 2000 from the Department of Educational Sciences, Major in Curriculum and Instruction, at Hacettepe University Faculty of Education, she worked as the program development unit supervisor at a private school between 2004 and 2008.
From 2008 to 2020, she served as a specialist and manager in module, material, product, content, and program development at Türk Kızılay. She contributed to the writing of content and instructor guides for the Türk Kızılay Community Leaders Organization Project’s Disaster Risk Reduction Program. She also led the content development work for the *Learning Safe Living Student* and *Learning Safe Living Teacher* books prepared by the Board of Education and Discipline.
She participated in various domestic disaster response operations conducted by Türk Kızılay and took part in learner-centered training, seminar programs, and workshops organized by institutions and organizations. She has served as Acting Director of Product and Content Development within Türk Kızılay and currently holds the position of Senior Specialist in Education Strategies and Program Development at the Türk Kızılay Academy Directorate.
