Seher Kuş
She completed her undergraduate education at Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration. She began her career at Türk Kızılay in 1998 as an International Aid Officer at the Disaster Operations Center. She held specialist positions in logistics, operations, and budget planning units, and served as the logistics unit manager within the Systems Management Department.
Between 1998 and 2014, she was actively involved in disaster coordination and the management and follow-up of operational processes. She took part in numerous critical roles, including Crisis Desk Coordination Officer during the 1999 Marmara Earthquake, Financial Officer for the Pakistan Earthquake Team (2005–2006), Financial Officer for the Haiti Earthquake Team (2010), Field Coordinator for the Van Earthquake Team (2011), Procurement Officer for the Syria Country Field Coordination (2014), and Team Leader for the Syria Operation in Gaziantep Province (2015–2016).
In 2014, she joined the Education Management Directorate as a Corporate Culture Officer, where she contributed to the development of institutional culture, the updating and organization of training programs, trainer capacity building, and the execution of monitoring and evaluation processes.
She is currently continuing her studies in the Occupational Health and Safety Program at Anadolu University. She also holds certifications in Driving Instruction and Traffic and Environmental Instruction for Motor Vehicle Drivers.
She currently serves as a Training Planning and Implementation Specialist within the Türk Kızılay Academy Directorate.
