- Being a Turkish Red Crescent staff or volunteer
- 5 years of experience in Turkish Red Crescent public health, disaster and humanitarian aid fields of activity or climate change, meteorology, environmental sciences and environmental protection technologies etc.
- To be defined as “Trainer” by the Presidency of Kızılay Academy
