  • The aim of this program is to equip participants with the ability to carry out the financial acts of worship processes (zakat, fitrah, fidyah, kaffarah and sadaqah) implemented within the Turkish Red Crescent in accordance with the principles of Islam, institutional policies and ethical standards

  • The Turkish Red Crescent Financial Acts of Worship Process and Commission
  • Communication with Donors
  • Collection, Accrual and Refund of Donations from Donors
  • Safekeeping of Donations in Accordance with Islamic Principles and Protection of Their Value
  • Process of Delivering Donations to Eligible Beneficiaries in Accordance with Islamic Principles
  • Reporting of Activities
  • Risk Assessment and Internal Control Process
  • Key Issues to Be Considered

  • Having completed the Financial Acts of Worship Literacy Training
  • Being a staff member involved in the Turkish Red Crescent financial acts of worship processes (e.g. employees working in operational directorates, donation management, accounting, audit and reporting functions, etc.)
  • Being an employee of the Turkish Red Crescent Call Center
  • Being a volunteer actively involved in donation collection and distribution processes
