  • To contribute to the process of establishing new soup kitchens that are compliant with institutional standards, effective, and sustainable in provinces without soup kitchens, and upgrading existing soup kitchens to meet these criteria, as part of the Soup Kitchen Expansion and Standardization Project, to provide branch presidents, board members, and relevant personnel in provinces where soup kitchens will be established with access to institutional knowledge in this field and to support their implementation capacity
