Founded in March 2020, the Red Crescent Academy is an education, research-development and advocacy organization structured to produce knowledge in the fields of disasters, public health and humanitarian aid and present that knowledge to the disposal of humanity.

It carries out a wide range of activities including educational content development, planning and implementing trainings, management of distance education system, digital content creation, independent academic research and publishing.

The Red Crescent Academy has three main functions in general.

• Educational Activities: Dissemination of knowledge across the organization and the whole society.
• Research and Analysis Activities: Production and dissemination of academic knowledge.
• Publishing Activities: Printed and digital release of publications prepared based on the findings acquired from researches.
